In short
The Italian Foreign Ministry appointed RIDE-APS, which he co-founded in June 2017 and serves as Secretary General, to head the Foundation’s national network in cooperation with the Municipality of Bologna. The network counted 196 approved member organisations in September 2026. He is its national coordinator; the assembly of 30 June 2026 reconfirmed all officers.
How it came about
- 13 June 2017RIDE-APS is founded in Rome by three organisations: Fondazione Orestiadi (Francesca Maria Corrao), Cisalpino-Monduzzi Editoriale (Giuseppe Giliberti) and Prospettive Mediterranee (Enrico Molinaro), under the supervision of the Foreign Ministry.
- 18 August 2017The Foreign Ministry names RIDE-APS head of the Anna Lindh Foundation network in Italy from 15 September.
- 2 March 2018General assembly at Spazio Europa in Rome. European Parliament President Antonio Tajani addresses it; Molinaro is confirmed on the board.
- 22 November 2018Rome presentation of the Foundation’s “Intercultural Trends” report, with its President Élisabeth Guigou, its Executive Director Nabil Al-Sharif and Romano Prodi.
- 2020–2021The Foundation funds “Ponza Prima Med”, a RIDE project with Partners for Transparency (Egypt) and the Jerusalem Center for Women (Palestine).
- 30 June 2026The annual assembly reconfirms all officers.
